Ingredients
  • 500 g Italissima linguine
  • fresh or dried basil
  • 2 cans of 50 g Italissima marinated anchovies
  • 4 tablespoons of Italissima extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • black pepper
  • salt
Instructions
  1. Prepare the sauce in a bowl, mixing the olive oil with the basil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place the whole fillets of marinated anchovies in the bowl with the sauce and mix. Once the pasta is cooked and dried, place in a pasta bowl and add the marinated anchovies with the sauce and serve.
